Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
  • Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers when required.
  • Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Requirements

  • HSC or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, stores, or administration would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driving licence is mandatory.
