Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers when required.
- Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
- HSC or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, stores, or administration would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
