Job Description

Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa is seeking an energetic, caring, and creative Kids Club Attendant to join our award-winning Spa & Wellness team. If you are passionate about working with children and creating unforgettable holiday experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome children and parents to the Kids Club and ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
  • Organize and conduct daily recreational, educational, and cultural activities for children.
  • Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Coordinate babysitting services and children's activities with other resort departments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the Kids Club and fitness areas.
  • Ensure all toys, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service while promoting Kids Club, Spa, and Wellness activities.
  • Record guest information and activity details accurately.
  • Follow all resort health, safety, and luxury service standards.
  • To assist in Fitness & Spa related operations as and when required. 

Candidate Profile

  • Certificate or Diploma in Childcare, Early Childhood Education, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with children in a hotel, resort, daycare, or similar environment will be an advantage.
  • Valid First Aid certification is desirable.
  • Friendly, patient, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative with the ability to plan engaging activities for children of different age groups.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
