Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage room reservations via phone, email, online channels, and in person.
  • Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Provide guests with information on room rates, hotel facilities, services, and promotions.
  • Maximize revenue through upselling and promoting hotel products and services.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and reservation requests.
  • Monitor room availability and maintain accurate room inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Prepare reservation reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs.
