Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• To
welcome all guests warmly upon arrival and acknowledge departing guests.
• To
be able to create a memorable first and last impressions.
• To
be able to provide information about Tamassa, amenities, dining options, events
and local attractions.
• Handle
minor guest concerns or complaints and escalate more complex issues to the
Guest Experience Manager
• Promoting
hotel facilities, restaurants, spa services, and special events.
• Recognising VIP guests / returning
guests / loyalty members and ensuring a personalised service.
• Assist
with managing guest flow during busy periods (Queue management).
• Monitoring
the lobby to maintain luxury presentation and high service standards.
• Allocates
and supervises tasks to ensure an efficient and prompt service according to the
Hotel’s standards.
• To be
able to anticipate our guest's needs before they are expressed.
• Attend
or host dinner where necessary
• Assisting
guests with directions, hotel information and personalised recommendations.
Qualifications
Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management
Experience & Skills
A minimum of 5 years of working experience the hospitality industry or other relevant industries at managerial level.
International working experience with well-known hospitality brands.
Extensive prior working experience with High-End Tour Operators.
Fluency in English/French- an additional language will be an advantage (German/Spanish)
Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System will be an advantage
