About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail oriented RTD Storekeeper to join our Warehouse & Distribution team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of all Ready-to-Drink (RTD) products, including beers, ciders, flavored alcoholic beverages and other packaged beverages.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, stock integrity, product traceability, order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent inventory management skills, experience in FMCG warehousing and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

·        Receive, inspect and verify inbound RTD products.

·        Record all stock transactions in WMS/ERP.

·        Maintain inventory accuracy.

·        Store products in designated locations

·        Monitor stock levels.

·        Apply FIFO and FEFO.

·        Perform cycle counts and physical stock counts.

·        Investigate discrepancies.

·        Ensure proper documentation.

Warehouse Operations

·        Organize the RTD warehouse.

·        Verify batch numbers and expiry dates.

·        Isolate damaged products.

·        Maintain housekeeping.

·        Store products safely.

·        Optimize warehouse space.

Order Preparation & Dispatch

·        Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately.

·        Verify product codes, quantities, batches and expiry dates.

·        Coordinate loading.

·        Supervise dispatch.

·        Minimize picking errors.

Quality Assurance

·        Ensure products meet quality standards.

·        Report damaged or expired stock.

·        Maintain traceability.

·        Quarantine non-conforming products.

 

Health, Safety & Compliance

·        Comply with OSH regulations.

·        Follow safe handling procedures.

·        Operate equipment safely.

·        Wear PPE.

·        Report hazards.

Administration & Reporting

·        Maintain inventory records.

·        Update stock in real time.

·        Prepare reports.

·        Assist KPI reporting.

·        Support audits.

·        Inventory Accuracy ≥ 99.8%

·        Picking Accuracy ≥ 99.9%

·        Stock Loss below target

·        Order Preparation Accuracy

 Qualifications

·        Minimum HSC

·        Certificate/Diploma in Storekeeping, Logistics or Warehouse Management is an advantage

·        Valid Forklift Driving Licence is an advantage.

 

Experience Required

·        Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations.

·        FMCG experience is essential. Beverage/alcohol handling

·        WMS/ERP experience are desirable.

 

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift products safely, stand for extended periods, work in a warehouse environment, work flexible hours and assist during stock counts.
