Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager for HR, recruitment, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to step out of their comfort zone to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Mauritian labour laws and regulations
- Oversee office administration and daily operations
- Support management in strategic HR and administrative initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and office administration
- Strong knowledge of Mauritian labour law
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English (Hindi , Urdu options advantage)
