Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager for HR, recruitment, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to step out of their comfort zone to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  2. Ensure compliance with Mauritian labour laws and regulations
  3. Oversee office administration and daily operations
  4. Support management in strategic HR and administrative initiatives

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and office administration
  2. Strong knowledge of Mauritian labour law
  3. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
  5. Fluency in English (Hindi , Urdu options advantage)
