Job Description
Agriterra is looking for a
passionate and dynamic Digital HR Lead to drive HR digital transformation and
innovation.
Main duties and
responsibilities
•Drive the digital transformation of HR
processes and systems in alignment with Agriterra's
people strategy.
•Lead the selection, implementation and
continuous optimization of HR technologies
•Design, develop and maintain analytics to
support business decision-making.
•Partner with business stakeholders to
identify digital needs, design solutions and drive adoption of new
technologies.
•Develop AI-enabled solutions, knowledge
management systems and workflow automation.
•Ensure data integrity, governance,
privacy and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.
•Monitor emerging HR technology trends and
recommend innovative solutions that strengthen HR capabilities.
•Lead change management, user training and
capability building to embed digital ways of working.
•Support innovation projects from concept
through implementation and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
•Degree in Human Resources, Information
Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
•Minimum 2-3years experience in
digitalization, HRIS, analytics or HR technology.
•Experience managing digital
transformation or technology implementation projects.
•Strong project management, analytical and
problem-solving skills.
•Hands-on experience with AI-powered
productivity tools
•Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills.
•Curious, innovative and passionate about
leveraging technology to improve the employee experience.
•Change agent with a people-centric and
solution-oriented mindset.
