Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Modern Trade sales strategy to achieve
company objectives.
- Manage relationships with key retail chains, supermarkets, and
hypermarkets.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, and annual
business plans with key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market trends.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Modern Trade sales team.
- Ensure excellent in-store execution, visibility, and product
availability.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to
optimize business performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration,
or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, including
Modern Trade management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Valid driving manual licence.
