Spa Therapist 

We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist to join our successful and friendly spa team. In this position you will pamper our guests and make them feel like VIP’s! This role will be reporting into the Spa Manager.

Key Responsibilities of a Spa Therapist:

· Carrying out treatments to the highest standard.

· Ensuring accurate, knowledgeable, and thorough advice to all our guests.

· Dealing with all aspects of customer care, from meet and great to spa etiquette and sales.

· Be professional and courteous; always ensuring competence and attention to detail.

· Monitoring all areas of the Spa Facility ensuring that it is safe, well maintained, and a hygienic environment at all times.

 

What are we looking for?

· Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm, professional attitude and care.

· A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards are consistently met.

· Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.

· Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or Spa.
