Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire all operational departments to deliver five-star service standards.
  • Ensure outstanding guest and resident satisfaction through personalised and memorable experiences.
  • Oversee daily hotel and residence operations, maintaining quality, efficiency and consistency.
  • Drive financial performance, cost control and achievement of business objectives.
  • Develop and coach Department Heads and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and operational standards.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, residents, owners and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in senior hotel operations management within luxury hotels, resorts or boutique properties.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent understanding of Rooms Division, Food & Beverage and overall resort operations.
  • Experience managing serviced residences or mixed-use hospitality environments will be an advantage.
  • Strong commercial awareness and commitment to service excellence.
