Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support our Quality Assurance and Food Safety Management Systems while ensuring our products consistently meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical, chemical and microbiological analyses on raw materials, in-process and finished products.
  • Monitor product quality during production and verify compliance with approved specifications.
  • Support the implementation of HACCP, GMP, GHP and the Food Safety Management System.
  • Participate in internal audits, inspections, traceability exercises and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Verify compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and approved formulations.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and promote quality and hygiene on the production floor.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare quality reports.
  • Verify incoming raw materials and liaise with suppliers regarding quality documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology or a related scientific discipline.
  • HACCP certification is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a food or / and beverage manufacturing laboratory is an advantage.
