Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our pastry shop. The role involves assisting customers, selling bakery products, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Explain products, prices, and take orders (including custom cakes)
• Handle billing/payments via POS system
• Pack products neatly and hygienically
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of display counters
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
• Address customer queries or complaints professionally

Requirements

• Prior retail/sales experience preferred (bakery experience a plus)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills
• Friendly, presentable, and reliable
• Ability to stand for long hours and work flexible shifts
