Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to screen and evaluate candidates
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Design and facilitate employee training and development initiatives
• Monitor and address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
