Key
Responsibilities
Guest Experience
•
Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival through to departure
•
Welcome guests warmly and ensure every visitor feels valued
•
Build relationships with returning guests and recognise repeat customers
•
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any concerns promptly
•
Maintain the highest standards of hospitality at all times
Restaurant
Operations
•
Coordinate smooth day-to-day front of house operations
•
Ensure tables are correctly set and presented before every service
•
Maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout the restaurant, bar, terrace,
and reception areas
•
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and
service
•
Monitor service standards and ensure food and beverages are delivered
correctly and promptly
Reservations &
Administration
•
Manage restaurant reservations across all booking platforms
•
Coordinate table allocations to maximise guest satisfaction and
restaurant efficiency
•
Keep accurate reservation records and guest requests
•
Assist with daily reports and administrative duties where required
Events &
Celebrations
•
Coordinate birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings, corporate
functions and private events
•
Liaise with guests before their event to understand their requirements
•
Organise event schedules and ensure all departments are fully briefed
•
Oversee event setup and ensure every detail is executed to a high
standard
•
Assist with entertainment schedules where required
Table Styling &
Decorations
•
Create beautiful and creative table decorations for birthdays,
proposals, anniversaries, weddings and special occasions
•
Decorate tables using flowers, candles, balloons and themed décor
•
Ensure all event setups reflect KOA's premium hospitality standards
•
Take pride in creating Instagram-worthy guest experiences
Teamwork
•
Lead by example with a positive attitude and professional appearance
•
Support and train junior front of house team members
•
Maintain excellent communication with management and kitchen staff
•
Assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure seamless service
What We're Looking
For
The ideal candidate
will have:
•
Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or
hospitality venue
•
Excellent English (French is an advantage)
•
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
•
A genuine passion for customer service
•
Experience coordinating events and special occasions
•
Creativity and attention to detail, particularly with table decorations
and event presentation
•
Excellent organisational and time management skills
•
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
•
Smart, professional appearance
•
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Desirable Skills
•
Experience working in hotels or premium restaurants
•
Wedding or event planning experience
•
Basic knowledge of food and beverages
•
Cash handling and POS system experience
