Job Description

A mid-level corporate administration position responsible for delivering comprehensive secretarial services. This role handles low to medium-complexity processes, focusing on core operational activities and standard communications. The position requires independent execution of established procedures while maintaining quality standards, with work reviewed by Senior Officer.

What you will do: 

  • You'll manage corporate secretarial matters including preparation of board and general meeting documentation, minutes writing, drafting of resolutions and agreements, statutory changes, and maintenance of corporate records and structure charts
  • You'll oversee compliance and regulatory requirements through client file reviews, due diligence document assessment, transaction monitoring, and preparation of compliance memoranda for committee review
  • You'll process and monitor corporate transactions including capital contributions, dividend distributions, bank account operations, signatory changes, and liquidation procedures
  • You'll conduct client due diligence activities including PEP identification, serviced entity risk rating assessments, bad press and world checks, and CDD worksheet reviews
  • You'll provide administrative and client support services including payment instruction processing and execution of additional duties as required

Qualifications

About you:

  • Degree holder and/or related Professional qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matters
