Job Description
We are looking for an AI Visibility
& Content Optimisation Lead.
At The Lux Collective, we're exploring a new frontier where AI, search, content, and guest experience intersect.
Join us in shaping how travelers discover,
explore, and engage with some of the world’s most inspiring luxury hospitality brands
through AI.
This is a content and systems role first.
You won't be expected to build the underlying engineering, you will coordinate
it, briefing and partnering with our Digital and Development teams to get
structured data, site architecture, and technical implementation right, while
you own the content strategy, governance, and quality that sits on top of it.

Why This Role Matters
Search is changing. Travelers are no longer
relying solely on traditional search engines, they're increasingly discovering
destinations through AI-powered search, conversational assistants, and
generative experiences.
In this role, you'll help shape how our
brands appear and engage in this rapidly evolving landscape, sitting at the
intersection of content, structured data, and AI visibility, with genuine
exposure to the leading edge of hospitality technology.
What You Will Be Doing
Own Our Content Systems & Brand AI
Playbook
- Build content frameworks and structured data foundations that
help AI tools understand and accurately represent our brands.
- Act as the natural day-to-day owner of our Brand AI
Playbook once it's live, steward of our brand's AI guidelines,
including our brand truths, approved language, channel governance, and
credibility bank.
- Maintain a consistent, on-brand voice across content as it's
adapted for AI platforms, search, and generative experiences.
- Keep the Playbook current as AI platforms and best practices
evolve, and act as the go-to reference point for teams using it.
Drive Visibility Across AI Search
Platforms
- Monitor how our brands appear in AI-generated search results.
- Conduct AI search audits and identify opportunities to improve
content, site structure, and metadata.
- Coordinate with Development and Digital teams to implement
structured data and technical improvements, bringing the requirements and
priorities.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative search and
AI-powered discovery.
Optimise Content & Digital
Experiences
- Support content planning across websites, campaigns, blogs,
social media, and email, with structured data and AI-readiness built in
from the start.
- Use data and insights to understand what content resonates most
with travelers, and with AI systems.
- Ensure our digital experiences are both user-friendly and
AI-friendly.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Work alongside Digital, Development, Marketing, and Property
teams, coordinating technical work rather than owning it end to end.
- Share knowledge and help colleagues understand emerging AI
search opportunities and how to use the Brand AI Playbook.
- Bring fresh, practical ideas to projects across our brands.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Degree in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Web &
Multimedia Development, or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification in AI Content Optimisation and AI Visibility is a
plus.
Prior Experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience in content strategy, content
operations, SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Solid content fundamentals: strong writing, editorial
judgement, and experience maintaining brand voice and governance across
channels.
- Familiarity with structured data, CMS platforms, SEO tools, or
analytics.
- A genuine curiosity about AI and how it's reshaping search and
content discovery, even if your hands-on AI experience is still growing.
Other Requirements
- High levels of integrity.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a talent for
turning data into practical improvements.
- Comfortable coordinating across content, technical, and brand
teams without owning every piece of delivery yourself.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage priorities
independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
English and French.
- A desire to learn, experiment, and stay ahead of digital and AI
trends.
- A clean certificate of character is required.
