Job Description
Join our dynamic team at ER Property Limited as we seek a dedicated Facilities Officer. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities while fostering a safe and efficient environment for our employees and stakeholders. As a Facilities Officer, you will coordinate maintenance activities, oversee equipment management, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Oficea’s buildings.
- Supervise and ensure optimal performance of maintenance team.
- Assist Tenants for any operational queries, problems or improvements.
- Work in close collaboration and ensure professional business relations with service providers, contractors and trade professionals.
- Plan, develop and implement operations and facilities management policies, procedures, planning and preventive maintenance plan.
- Conduct inspections of security systems and implements improvements as necessary.
- Ensure the efficient and cost-effective administration of facilities and operations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
- Brevet de Technicien Superieur / Diploma / Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering field (Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services).
- At least 5 years of working experience in the property industry or in a similar position will be an advantage.
- Proactive, dynamic, focused and result oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good analytical and multi-tasking skills.
- Good team player with ability to work proactively under minimal supervision.
- Electrical and / or plumbing troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Computer literate and IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, email) at an intermediate level is a must, with the ability to learn new software applications.
- Good communications skills in English and French (oral and written).
