Job Summary

 

The job role will mainly be to support the logistic operations of the company. To assist in coordinating and preparing documentation and ensure smooth movement of operation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Assist in receiving, checking and storing of goods
• Prepare and process delivery documents
• Coordinate with warehouse staffs and drivers
• Maintain inventory of goods
• Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, labelling and storage of goods
• Support loading and unloading of goods when required
• Maintain filing of logistics documents

 

 Job Requirements

• Minimum Higher school certificate
• Experience in Logistics and Warehousing would be an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Physically fit for handling goods if required
• Attention to details
• Time Management
• Teamwork
• Problem solving
