The Porter / Driver is responsible for providing courteous and efficient luggage, transportation, and guest assistance services, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience while delivering exceptional hospitality and supporting the daily operations of the Front Office.

•    Welcome guests and provide efficient arrival and departure assistance.

•    Handle, tag, transport, and deliver guest luggage safely and promptly.

•    Provide cold towel and welcome drink service upon arrival.

•    Assist with guest transportation using hotel vehicles or shuttle services.

•    Promote hotel services, excursions, and local attractions to guests.

•    Deliver guest messages, parcels, and mail within the established service standards.

•    Coordinate taxi vouchers and communicate message deliveries when required.

•    Assist with room key handling and other guest support services.

•    Ensure hotel vehicles and equipment are well maintained and ready for use.

•    Report any unusual incidents or damaged luggage to the supervisor.

•    Maintain proper records and use hotel resources efficiently to minimise costs.

•    Participate in training and comply with hotel policies, procedures, and services standard.

•    Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

•    Previous experience in a Front Office, Concierge, Bell Attendant, or Guest Services role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.

•    Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a professional appearance, positive attitude, and a valid driving licence
