Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for management of
logistic and administrative service in Huawei Mauritius office.
Including property management, office operation and EHS
management (facility management,
safety management), logistics service management
•Import local advanced logistics
service model and qualified suppliers. Establish local cost control benchmark
and facilitate work flow to provide strong support to all Huawei staff with
regards to increasing productivity, provide relevant and trustworthy
information to both business travelers and local staff
•Build one professional and stable
administrative service team that is efficient and result driven to execute
assigned tasks and achieve corresponding KPIs at the end of each month.
•Management on operating cost base
on budget to avoid any wasting.
•Event organization, taking the lead
and organize events such as Annual Meeting and teambuilding activities, contact
suppliers and make planning for the logistics behind
•Other related work assigned
Requirements and Qualification:
•Bachelor's degree in business
administration, management or related field
•Proven admin or assistant
experience.
•Knowledge of office management
systems and procedures.
•Excellent time management skills
and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
•Attention to detail and problem
solving skills.
•Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
