Job Description
The Assistant – Leasing supports the Leasing, Factoring, and SME teams with administrative tasks and data cleansing of the existing client database, helping to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Profile
Responsibility
- Support data cleansing of the leasing database to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client information.
- Contact existing clients to request updated KYC documents, where required.
- Update and maintain records within the data cleansing database.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients to support awareness of Factoring, Leasing, and SME products.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates during data cleansing activities.
- Work in an organised and consistent manner to support efficient processing and follow‑up.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and data accuracy.
- Support overall business objectives through timely completion of assigned activities.
- Carry out additional related duties as required within the Business Unit.
Profile
- Minimum Higher School Certificate
- Comfortable using basic IT tools and systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Clear and effective communication skills
