Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Digital Media Officer who will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing digital media strategies across various online platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences and support organisational objectives. The role involves managing social media channels, creating content, monitoring online presence, analysing performance metrics and contributing to digital marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors for multimedia content creation.
  • Support internal teams with digital content requirements for events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Update and maintain website content regularly.
  • Assist in improving SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc).
  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Foster and grow online communities by engaging with customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage online reputation and handle customer feedback.
  • Manage daily activities across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc).
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital content.
  • Any other cognate duties as assigned by the HOD.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Holder of a Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a digital marketing or social media management role.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude

  • Knowledge of online advertising platforms and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and email tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
  • Good knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and French.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
