French-Speaking Supplier Relations Executive

Skills / experience / qualifications required:

• Fluent French (spoken and written) is essential
• Confident, persuasive communicator - comfortable picking up the phone and getting results, even when suppliers need convincing
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Logical, analytical thinker with solid Excel and reconciliation skills
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• At least 1 year's experience in a corporate environment
• A high level of academic achievement (please submit your academic transcripts with your application) 

Job description:

• Contact French-speaking suppliers to obtain legislatively compliant invoices on behalf of clients
• Persuade suppliers to amend or reissue invoices and provide additional details needed for VAT reclaims
• Build and maintain strong, positive supplier relationships
• Develop a solid understanding of VAT legislation across all territories VAT IT services
• Follow up consistently to resolve outstanding invoice queries
• Keep accurate records and reconcile supplier data
• Meet and exceed individual targets
• Work closely with the Reissues team to move claims forward
• Escalate complex cases to the Reissues Team Leader where needed
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance throughout
