Key Responsibilities:

1.      Showroom Operations

-        Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

-        Monitor and maintain merchandising standards and promotional displays

-        Ensure all products are properly labelled with name and price tags

-        Coordinate weekly stock replenishment and ensure shelves are consistently stocked

-        Oversee the smooth flow of customer traffic and showroom ambiance

2.      Sales & Customer Service

-        Interact with walk-in clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience

-        Communicate daily with the Showroom Officer-In-Charge regarding client needs and feedback

-        Report customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements to enhance service quality

-        Participate in outdoor events and promotional activities as required 

3.      Team Supervision & Training

-        Supervise and guide showroom staff, including shop assistants and tellers

-        Delegate tasks and ensure responsibilities are clearly communicated

-        Conduct on-the-job training as instructed by the Showroom Officer-In-Charge

-        Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery 


4.      Inventory & Documentation

-        Oversee stock-in and stock-out processes and ensure accurate documentation

-        Conduct inventory checks as required and submit detailed reports

-        Ensure proper filing of all showroom-related documents, including delivery notes, invoices, and warranty forms

-        Ensure promotional pricing is updated during sales periods and reverted post-promotion

5.      Cash Handling & Reporting

-        Supervise daily cash transactions and ensure accuracy in teller operations

-        Submit daily cash transaction reports to the Showroom Officer-In-Charge

-        Reconcile daily sales and prepare end-of-day report
