Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management System procedures, particularly regarding personal hygiene and operational practices.
  • Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
  • Supervise and guide the stewarding team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure all instructions from management are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain departmental cleaning, sanitizing, and hygiene standards in accordance with operational procedures.
  • Ensure correct cleaning and sanitizing methods are consistently applied.
  • Monitor the proper use, care, and maintenance of all stewarding equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure standards and methods of service are performed in line with departmental operational guidelines.
  • Carry out any other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Strong commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
