Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management System procedures, particularly regarding personal hygiene and operational practices.
- Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
- Supervise and guide the stewarding team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure all instructions from management are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain departmental cleaning, sanitizing, and hygiene standards in accordance with operational procedures.
- Ensure correct cleaning and sanitizing methods are consistently applied.
- Monitor the proper use, care, and maintenance of all stewarding equipment and machinery.
- Ensure standards and methods of service are performed in line with departmental operational guidelines.
- Carry out any other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Strong commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
