Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyses food production and restaurants operating cost.
  • Monitor food cost percentages, beverages stock and gross profit margin.
  • Prepare monthly cost report and profitability analysis.
  • Monitor inventory level for raw materials, packagings and finished products.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and shortages and excesses.
  • Conduct and reconciled regular stock account in production facilities, store and restaurants.
  • Develop and maintain standard recipes and product costings.
  • Calculate menu items costs and recommend selling's prices in collaboration with management.
  • Update recipes and costings based on changes in ingredients prices or product specifications.
  • Support product development by preparing cost analysis for new menu item or processed food products.
  • Prepare food cost reports, inventory reports, variance analysis and management dashboards.
