encompass event design, production, logistics, staging, lighting, sound, video,
rigging, electrical installations, exhibition structures, décor, and project

sporting events, exhibitions and private celebrations.
As we continue our expansion, we are seeking
an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to provide visionary leadership, drive
sustainable growth, strengthen operational excellence, and position the Group
as the regional leader in the event production industry.
Position
Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is
responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction and performance of
Impact Production Group. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead
the organization in achieving its financial, operational and strategic
objectives while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, customer
excellence and continuous improvement.
The CEO shall ensure the long-term
sustainability of the Group by developing profitable business opportunities,
strengthening governance, building high-performing teams and delivering
exceptional client experiences.
Strategic

The CEO shall:
- Develop and execute the Group's long-term strategic vision.
- Position Impact Production Group as the leading event production
company in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean region.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Improve operational efficiency across all departments.

- Build strategic partnerships with government institutions,
corporate clients and international partners.

Required
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic
Management, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
- A professional qualification in Corporate Governance, Executive
Leadership or Project Management will be an advantage.
- Certification in Strategic Leadership or Change Management is
desirable.

Applicants must possess:
- Minimum 15 years of senior management experience.
- At least 10 years in executive leadership.
- Proven experience within the event management, event production,
entertainment, exhibition, audiovisual production or large-scale project
management industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing business operations.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial management experience.
- Experience working with Boards of Directors.
- Experience managing complex projects involving government,
corporate and international clients.
