Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Production Lead to oversee the daily operations of the concrete batching plants. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading plant teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead daily batching and concrete production activities.

·       Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

·       Monitor plant performance, productivity, equipment uptime, and material usage.

·       Coordinate production schedules with Planning, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, and Raw Material Supply teams.

·       Supervise Plant Supervisors, Plant Attendants, Mixer Truck Drivers, and Loader Drivers.

·       Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.

·       Monitor batching accuracy, concrete consistency, and production parameters.

·       Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

·       Maintain accurate production records and daily operational reports.

·       Monitor operational KPIs and investigate production issues.

·       Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

·       Holder of an HSC.

·       Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Production/ Chemical / Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering.

·       At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar post with a sound knowledge in production management.

·       Knowledge of mechanics and automation

·       Demonstrate the ability to compile and analyze production data for decision making.

·       People management skills

·       Valid Driving License.

·       Availability to work odd hours
