Job Description
Join the team behind Mauritius' leading premium office
portfolio.
As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in
promoting the Oficea brand and its office portfolio. You will be responsible
for delivering engaging marketing campaigns, managing our digital presence,
creating compelling content and supporting lead generation initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, launch and optimise
digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and paid
social.
- Manage Oficea's social media
presence, including content planning and community engagement.
- Maintain and update Oficea's
presence across its website, property portals and third-party listing
platforms.
- Ensure website content remains
accurate, up to date and aligned with the Oficea brand.
- Produce digital content
(visuals, copy, video) that promotes the Oficea brand and available office
spaces.
- Monitor website performance and
SEO, and coordinate improvements with external agencies.
- Prepare monthly reports on
digital performance and lead generation, with insights to guide future
campaigns.
- Stay ahead of digital trends,
emerging AI tools and competitor activity to keep marketing performance
sharp.
- Support the Property Management
team by creating content, visual assets and branded materials for tenant
events and community initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
- Degree in Marketing,
Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in
a marketing or digital marketing role.
- Good understanding of Google
Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and digital campaign
management.
- Experience with WordPress or
another CMS.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and
digital marketing best practices.
- Strong content creation skills.
- Comfortable analysing campaign
performance and preparing reports.
- Excellent written and spoken
French and English.
- Creative, organised, proactive
and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using AI tools to
improve productivity and content creation.
