We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Expert to support the financial operations of our clinic by ensuring accurate processing of invoices, timely payments, and strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
✔ Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
✔ Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely settlement of accounts
✔ Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
✔ Assist with month-end closing activities and audit requirements
✔ Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and financial controls
✔ Coordinate with procurement, stores, and operational departments to streamline workflows
✔ Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function

Requirements

✔ Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting
✔ Experience in the healthcare sector will be considered an asset
✔ Strong analytical, reconciliation, and organizational skills
✔ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
✔ High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
✔ Willingness to work six (6) days per week as per clinic operational requirements
