Job Description


Join The Rank Group's global IT team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across our corporate offices, Mecca Bingo, and Grosvenor Casinos. As an EUC Support Engineer, you'll provide 2nd/3rd line support while managing endpoint technologies such as Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

This is a hands-on role where you'll drive device management, software deployments, patching, automation, security compliance, operating system imaging, and vulnerability remediation. You'll also work with modern endpoint management tools, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and help deliver a secure and seamless user experience across a global environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support for end-user devices and applications.
  • Manage and maintain endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, JAMF).
  • Deploy software, operating system updates, security patches, and automate endpoint processes.
  • Monitor device compliance, troubleshoot technical issues, and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers, and IT hardware across a global environment.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver a secure, reliable, and high-quality user experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in 2nd/3rd line IT Support or EUC Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager, JAMF
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android
  • Knowledge of patch management, software deployment, endpoint security, and OS deployment
  • PowerShell scripting skills and strong reporting/data analysis capabilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
