Main Accountabilities

             Data Analysis & Reporting

·       Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and support business decisions.

·       Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.

·       Ensure the accuracy and reliability of supply chain reporting.

Inventory & Materials Management

·       Monitor inventory performance and recommend optimal stock levels.

·       Analyse material consumption and support inventory optimisation.

·       Identify opportunities to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.

               ERP Key User

·       Act as the Supply Chain key user for the ERP system.

·       Support system enhancements, data integrity and process automation.

·       Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

            Master Data Management

·       Maintain accurate and reliable supply chain master data.

·       Ensure data standards and governance are consistently applied.

·       Support the management of production and supply chain data within the ERP system.

Qualifications & Experience

·  Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field.

·  Minimum 3 years' experience in Master Data, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

·  Experience within a manufacturing environment; experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.

·  Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Sage X3 would be an advantage).

·  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using Power BI, SQL or similar analytics tools.
