Job Description

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Design and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Create and publish engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms and institutions
- Partner with recruitment agencies to build strong candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and panel management
- Prepare structured interview packs to support fair and consistent assessments
- Conduct pre-employment checks and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Manage onboarding processes, including offer issuance, documentation, and system updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new hires are fully equipped from day one
- Support employer branding initiatives (career fairs, campus events, community engagement)
- Develop and maintain recruitment marketing materials and assets
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
- Maintain HR data and records across systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to HR reporting, insights, and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Support HR projects, talent development initiatives, and overall employee lifecycle activities
Profile
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or relevant practical experience demonstrating similar capabilities
- At least 1 year of experience within a Human Resources function, with exposure to a broad range of HR processes and responsibilities
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or general HR operations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Interest or experience in employer branding, campus engagement, or talent programmes is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required
