Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution and optimisation of AI-enabled digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on leveraging AI tools, social media channels, paid advertising, and analytics platforms to improve campaign performance, efficiency, and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including scheduling and performance tracking (e.g., boosting optimisation and lead generation campaigns).
  • Set up Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, targeting, bidding, and budget monitoring.
  • Use AI tools to support campaign optimisation, content enhancement, audience targeting, and insights generation.
  • Use automated tools for the running of campaigns.
  • Coordinate digital marketing tasks across the cluster.
  • Attend events for live coverage purposes, including capturing and sharing real-time digital content.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, and AI developments.

Skills and Competencies

  • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including social media, paid media, and campaign structures.
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing support, including content refinement, campaign optimisation, and insights generation.
  • Good knowledge of Google Ads, Google My Business, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce would be an advantage.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a marketing team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
