Mission

As Fleeti Mauritius continues its expansion across the region, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Center Agent to ensure the smooth operation of our customer support services. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys engaging with customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves addressing client inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting the preparation and delivery of weekly customer reports.

Key Responsibilities

•             Manage daily tickets on Freshdesk

•             Respond efficiently to daily client requests

•             Follow up on client projects and ensure timely resolution

•             Provide accurate information to clients

•             Master both of our platforms: Fleeti Tracking & Fleeti Vision

•             Train and onboard clients on how to use our platforms

•             Liaise with Fleeti local operational teams around the world for installation, uninstallation, and maintenance

•             Review and manage inactive devices on a weekly basis

•             Maintain regular contact with clients

•             Ensure customer satisfaction

Operating Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Candidate Profile

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or prior experience in customer service is preferred, but at Fleeti your attitude and mindset are what truly matter.

Mindset: You are proactive, unafraid of challenges, take initiative, and stay in control. You are highly organized and reliable.

Skills: Comfortable with digital solutions and SaaS platforms; precise, organized, and detail-oriented.

Languages: Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).

Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and ticketing / VoIP solutions (e.g. Freshdesk).

Personality: You are comfortable working on a laptop, have strong communication skills, and genuinely enjoy helping others. You are persistent, a team player, and never let your colleagues down.

Salary: Rs 30,000 / month
