Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and advise walk-in visitors on membership tiers, programme benefits, pricing, and terms, in line with current commercial conditions set by the Sales & Commercial team.
  • Complete member registration at the till in the IT systems: capture details, verify eligibility when relevant, and issue digital and physical membership cards.
  • Process payments, apply correct tier pricing, and issue receipts. Handle cash, card, and mixed payment (cash + loyalty points) transactions accurately.
  • Conduct a structured onboarding at enrolment: explain how to earn and redeem points, outline tier benefits and exclusions, demonstrate the Casela App or any other available marketing support, and hand over programme materials.
  • Maintain an accurate log of cards produced, issued, and held in stock; report discrepancies .
  • Assist existing members at the desk with account queries, points balances, missing points claims, card replacement, and benefit clarifications.
  • Facilitate renewals at the desk, including redemption of points against the renewal fee.
  • Manage pre-booking requests for exclusive experiences, coordinate availability with the relevant operational teams, and confirm bookings in required channels.
  • Identify upsell opportunities during member interactions and recommend experiences or upgrades that match the member’s profile and visit history.
  • Assist the Commercial team in managing on-site Group Visit (b2B) to ensure smooth running of the operation and to provide an excellent customer experience in a consistent manner
  • Answer basic agent questions about programme conditions at the counter and/or to the Commercial team or Info Desk.
Candidate's Profile:
  • School Certificate (SC) or Higher School Certificate (HSC), or equivalent. A diploma or certificate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role involving sales, service, or enrolment (retail, hospitality, tourism, leisure, or a similar environment)
  • Experience handling cash and card transactions accurately. Prior use of a POS or booking system is an advantage (training on Casela tools will be provided)
  • Experience working with diverse publics, including tourists and families, is desirable. Fluency in English and French; Creole is an asset
  • Active listening and service orientation; able to identify member needs and recommend the right product or resolution without over-promising
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy: able to complete member records, referral logs, and card production documentation without errors
  • Able to work flexible hours and on weekends if needed
