Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue and visitation targets.
- Define and strengthen Casela’s brand positioning in both local and tourist markets.
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, peak periods, and key commercial moments.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all touchpoints internally and externally.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, Events, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
- Support revenue generation across all park segments, including ticketing, activities, retail, and F&B.
- Develop tactical campaigns to increase footfall during off-peak periods.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, ensuring strong return on investment (ROI).
- Lead the strategy, growth, and profitability of the Membership Programme as a core loyalty pillar.
- Define and continuously enhance the membership value proposition to remain competitive and attractive.
- Monitor key KPIs including membership growth, renewal rates, engagement levels, and revenue per member.
- Design exclusive offers, events, and experiences to strengthen member engagement and loyalty.
- Assist the eCommerce Lead with the content and communication strategy across all online channels (digital, social media, website, email).
- Plan and manage a structured marketing and content calendar aligned with commercial objectives.
- Identify external partners to enrich membership benefits and broaden market reach
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual value creation
- Analyse campaign performance, customer data, and market trends to drive continuous improvement
- Assist Commercial Manager for the marketing and loyalty budget
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Candidate's Profile:
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial, marketing, or communication-focused role, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or attractions
- Proven experience in loyalty programme, content creation, customer communication, or community management
- Exposure to managing or supporting membership, loyalty, or customer engagement programmes is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French (essential)
- Strong storytelling and copywriting ability for newsletters, campaigns, and promotional content
- Confident in public speaking, presenting, and engaging with members or partners
- Active knowledge of social media platforms and tone adaptation across different channels
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and social media management platforms
- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to growth opportunities
- Flexibility to work during weekends, public holidays, or events when required
