Job Description

Job Purpose:

To coordinate marketing and training activities by supporting the planning, organisation, communication, and administration of campaigns, events, and learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities. 
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and communications. 
  • Assist in managing social media and digital marketing activities. 
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external training programmes. 
  • Liaise with trainers, suppliers, and participants.
  • Arrange training logistics, schedules, and materials.
  • Maintain marketing and training records and prepare reports.
  • Monitor feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in marketing the training courses and calling potential participants.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, training coordination, or a related role.

Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms. 
  • Good organisational and coordination skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
