Job Purpose 
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the incumbent is responsible for developing and managing relationships with tour operators to drive visitor volume and revenue for L'Aventure du Sucre's museum, while contributing to the wider commercial strategy of the site.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for DMC; manage first contact, ongoing relationship management, and account servicing
• Responsible for developing tour operator business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
• Conduct market analysis
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Organise and host educational tours and familiarization trip
• Organise and lead events as and when required
• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager on broader commercial initiatives and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department, as required
• Track and report on performance
• Represent the site at industry events as needed

 

Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Sales & Marketing, or related field
• 4-8 years' experience in tourism, hospitality, or attraction sales; TO-facing experience an asset
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills; comfortable driving regular client meetings
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with market data and reporting
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when events require it
