Job Description

Job Purpose

To support the administration of the organisation's compensation and benefits programmes by assisting with salary reviews, remuneration analysis, job evaluations, and employee benefits administration while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of salary structures and remuneration policies. 
  • Support salary review, bonus, and increment exercises.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research. 
  • Assist in job evaluation and grading exercises.
  • Maintain employee compensation and benefits records. 
  • Prepare reports and analyse remuneration data. 
  • Respond to employee queries relating to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation. 
  • Support reward-related HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Management or a related field.

Experience: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in Payroll / Compensation & Benefits or in a similar role.

Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits practices. 
  • Good analytical and numerical skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
