Job Description
L'Aventure du Sucre is looking for a dynamic
and organised Sales & Events Coordinator to join their team.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events
(private/corporate) from enquiry to on-site delivery
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth event
execution
- Drive event related sales through proactive
outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building with corporate and
individual clients
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and
contracts for events and group bookings
- Maintain the events calendar
- Propose strategies for off-peak season and
support market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager with
day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
- Support the department with the business
development aspect
- Track and report on events pipeline and sales
performance
- Gather client feedback post-event to support
continuous improvement
- Perform any other cognate duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, Sales
& Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years' experience in events coordination
and/or sales
- Strong organisational and client-facing skills
- Fluent in English and French; additional
languages a plus
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public
holidays when events require it
