Job Description

The Assistant Level 1 – Cards Operations will be responsible for ensuring all card-related operational and system tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines and SLAs. The role also requires delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibility

  • Follow all Cards Operations policies and procedures, keep information confidential, and go the extra mile when needed to solve customer issues.
  • Identify customer problems and complaints, and share feedback or reports when required.
  • Help customers by using good knowledge of Cim Finance’s Cards & Payments products.
  • Suggest ways to improve customer satisfaction in the Cards & Payments team.
  • Learn and use different systems, software, and tools such as the Card Management System and E‑forms.
  • Give clear and accurate information to customers and explain why certain actions are taken (e.g., interest calculations).
  • Provide operational support to customers whenever needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls when required.
  • Perform any other related duties needed in the Business Unit.
  • Always put the customer first in your approach and interactions.
  • Work well with the team and support colleagues through positive communication.
  • Help maintain a positive and friendly team atmosphere.

Profile
  • Minimum: Higher School Certificate (HSC).
  •  1–2 years of work experience, preferably in a Cards Operations or processing environment.
  • Experience in the financial or banking sector will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong email‑writing skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good time‑management skills
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities
