Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage travel assistance requests for policyholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Accurately maintain case documentation and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with global teams to provide effective assistance solutions.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Support travelers during critical situations and ensure seamless case coordination.

What We're Looking For:

- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Experience in insurance, banking, NGOs is highly desirable.
- Able to work night shifts and weekends.
