Summary of primary responsibilities

·        Initiate, nurture and develop long term customer relationships

·        Encourage repeat purchase through premium service delivery

·        Ensure profitability of all transactions through accurate pricing service of all products

·        Adhere to defined security measures and maintain vigilance at all times

·        Ensure strict adherence to all local laws, BOM, FIAMLA guidelines & regulations

·        Ensure adherence to laid down directives by the Company

·        Upholding our mission statement “Exceptional Service from Exceptional People”

·        Ensure accurate cashiering and quality service to all customers

·        Ensure all the registers and files are updated on a regular basis

·        Compliance with all processes defined in the internal controls manual and all other guidelines, policies, procedures and keep updated with all such working and operating materials

·        Fulfilling such cognate duties and other assignments as may be requested by Management
