Job Description
·
Attending customer requests , negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction to
make a sale;
·
Maintaining and developing relationships with
existing customers via telephone calls and emails
·
Responding to incoming email, phone enquiries and clients
visiting the office.
·
Liaising with production department to check the
progress of existing orders.
·
Prepare and type quotations while recording sales
and order information in the company internal system.
·
Preparing the jobs cards, dispatching and liaise
with inter-departments for smooth handling of the sales process.
·
Any other administrative task related to the job
