Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Support Front Office operations, including guest check-in and check-out.
  • Respond to guest enquiries through digital communication platforms.
  • Assist guests with reservations, hotel services, and local information.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate guest information and records.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Management.
Profile
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and French (additional languages will be an advantage).
  • Comfortable using computers and digital applications.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Customer-focused, organised, and proactive.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
