We are looking for an experienced Data Marketing Specialist who combines a deep love for data with the ability to translate it into clear, actionable marketing and sales insights. This is a new role within our organization, meaning you will not only execute but also shape how data-driven marketing is done in our team.
Your mission as a Data Marketing Specialist
You ensure that our marketing and sales teams work with clean, structured, and actionable data, and that every campaign is continuously improved based on fact-based insights.
Job requirements
Data preparation & segmentation
- Clean, enrich, and structure raw data from various sources (Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Build high-quality, targeted lists for marketing and sales campaigns
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Identify data gaps and propose improvements in data collection
- You are comfortable working directly in large, messy datasets and turning them into reliable building blocks for campaigns.
Campaign analysis & performance optimization
- Analyze campaign results across channels (email, LinkedIn, outbound, etc.)
- Build clear dashboards and reports (Power BI / Excel / GA)
- Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
- Translate data into practical recommendations for marketing and sales
- You don’t just report numbers, you explain what to do next.
Data-driven marketing enablement
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve targeting, segmentation, and messaging
- Bring a data-first mindset into campaign planning and execution
- Define best practices for tracking, reporting, and analysis
Build and own the function
- Set up structure, processes, and standards for marketing data usage
- Act as the go-to expert for data within the marketing team
- Help upskill colleagues in understanding and using data
Your skills and mindset to start at Protime
- 4+ years of experience in a hands-on marketing analytics / data role
- Strong ability to work independently with raw data
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data structuring)
- Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) and/or building dashboards yourself
- Solid understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing data flows
- Experience with Google Analytics and campaign tracking
