Job Description

& Informatics Ltd - a member of Leal
Group – is currently looking for a Senior Credit Control Officer.
The Senior
Credit Control Officer will be mainly responsible to maintain a close control
over and follow up over outstanding debtors and to ensure that money is
recovered within the shortest delay.
Main Duties :
- Responsible to efficiently maintain a proper
follow up on all overdue customers and establish timely communication with
customers and HODto sort out all issues and ensure that money is recovered
as per established deadline.
- Responsible to perform timely chasing towards
all non performing customers and issue reminders and block customer's
account in case of no response.
- Responsible to deal with all cases of delayed
payment due to invoicing issues and to timely report and follow up the
matter with appropriate head of department to sort out the problem within
the shortest delay.
- Responsible to
built up a strong file for all hardship cases and to ensure that
all supporting documents are available
- Responsible to send CIM and Rogers the
necessary required documents and to follow regularly on payment
- Responsible to raise receipts and allocate
payments
- Responsible to ensure that customer's
Statement of Account and prepared and despatched on a monthly basis as per
set standards
- Responsible to
verify and notify on any duplication of customer's account on the
Database
- Responsible to ensure that credit agreements
are properly filled in by customers in 2 copies and to liaise with the
GDCFO and the Chief Finance Officer before credit facilities are granted.
- Responsible to maintain proper filing of
Credit agreements to ensure timely retrieval upon requests.
- Responsible to efficiently
perform any other related duties as requested by the head of department.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Higher School Certificate
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in
Accounting/Finance
- At least ACCA Level 1
- 02 years' experience in Credit Management
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in excel and accounting softwares
- Customer service skills
