PAYROLL OFFICER

Payroll Officer

In line with our ongoing expansion of our payroll outsourcing department, Uniconsults Ltd is

looking for experienced and dedicated Payroll Officers

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES:

-       Processing of payroll as per agreed payroll calendar

-       Ensure payment of client’s salary on time

-       Provide assistance to the team

- Set up payroll for new client

- Filing of monthly return via MRA/MNS

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum requirement: 1 year experience in Sicorax Payroll

- Experience in Sicorax HRMS would be an advantage

- Solid payroll background and very fluent with WRA, RO, PAYE, PRGF

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

- Good Team spirit

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Client Focus

- Deadline driven, with excellent attention to detail 

- Ability to handle confidential information

- Understanding of payroll and taxation
