Job Description
The Assistant Level 1 – Shared Service Centre supports the processing of matured and early terminated leases, along with customer communications and document management. The role helps ensure accurate filing, scanning, safekeeping, and archiving to support smooth daily operations.
Profile
Responsibility
- Follow company policies and procedures to support accurate processing of credit applications and operational tasks.
- Ensure smooth, error‑free handling of processes from confirmation through registration and post‑disbursement stages.
- Maintain proper document management through organized filing, scanning, safekeeping, and archiving.
- Complete tasks with care and attention to detail to meet service standards and avoid delays or errors.
- Prepare monthly residual value listings and ensure related customer letters are issued on time.
- Support the preparation of sales deeds for residual value and early lease terminations.
- Retrieve and manage lease files and agreements from storage as required.
- Liaise with the Archives team for efficient file retrieval and proper record keeping.
- Ensure cheques are issued and dispatched to clients and suppliers within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all process‑related documentation is up to date.
- Ensure proper filing, scanning, and archiving of documents to maintain organized records and prevent backlogs or data loss.
- Deliver efficient and high‑quality service to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of applications and related transactions in line with quality standards.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring timely resolution or escalation where needed.
- Carry out additional related tasks as required within the Business Unit.
Profile
- Minimum Higher School Certificate
- Around 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with email, internet usage, and telephone systems
- Basic knowledge of CIM Finance products is an advantage
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to plan and priorities tasks effectively
